Software tools should work for you, not against you.
Too much software ships features by adding complexity — and solves the data custody problem by making it someone else's. Tools that ask you to upload sensitive files to infrastructure you don't control are common. They shouldn't be the default.
We started IrinHawk to build the alternative: tools that process your data where it already is — your browser, your machine. Our first product is X9 Editor, built for banking file infrastructure. It won't be the last.
Three rules we don't break
RULE 01
Customer data stays with the customer
Client-side processing isn't a feature we added — it's the constraint we design within. If a capability would require your files on our servers, we find another way to build it.
RULE 02
Build to be relied on
We'd rather ship software a team trusts completely than a platform that does everything adequately.
RULE 03
Say only what we can show
No invented statistics, no certifications we don't hold, no claims your security team can't verify themselves. We document our architecture plainly and answer diligence questions directly.
